One system for running the night

Most venues run on a pile of separate tools — one website for tickets, a spreadsheet for the guest list, a group chat for tables, and a card machine that agrees with none of them. Nocturne puts all of it in one place: selling the night, working the door, running the bar, and seeing the next morning exactly how it went.

All in one place

  • Ticket sales
  • Guest lists
  • Table bookings
  • Door check-in
  • The bar till
  • Stock
  • Staff rota
  • The morning-after numbers

01 The problem

A club is really several businesses at once — a box office, a restaurant, a bar and a security team — and each one usually ends up buying its own software. Nothing adds up. The door cannot see who booked a table, the bar cannot see the guest list, and Monday morning gets pieced together by hand from four different exports. Nocturne holds the whole night in one place, so there is only ever one answer.

02 What it does

Everything a night needs, in one place

Sell out without overselling

Tickets go on sale in waves, with early-bird prices, promo codes, comps and refunds. Two people clicking on the last ticket at the same moment can never both get it.

One search box on the door

Whoever turns up — a ticket holder, a name on a guest list, a table booking or a member — the door types two letters and finds them. Every entry and every refusal is logged against whoever was working.

Tables and bottle service

Lay the room out as it really is, take bookings and deposits, set a minimum spend, and see what each table actually spent once the night is over.

A till that watches the stock

Ring up drinks, split a tab across cards and cash, and watch stock come down as it pours — so what went missing shows up instead of quietly disappearing.

Know your regulars

One profile per guest: what they have spent, when they last came in, notes for the door, and a proper way to erase them if they ask.

Numbers that agree with each other

How the night sold, when people arrived and what it made — built from the same records the door and the bar created, not a separate report that drifts.

03 Details that matter

The things most software gets wrong

01

The night does not end at midnight

A 3am sale belongs to the night before, not to the next morning. Nocturne treats a night as running 6am to 6am in each venue’s own local time — so a group with rooms in London and Berlin still gets every room’s night right.

02

Money is always exact

Every price, fee and total is handled so it can never drift by a penny, however many times it is split or refunded. Each venue keeps its own currency, and pounds are never quietly added to euros.

04 A look inside

Real screens, real nights

01

The door. One search finds anyone — ticket, guest list, table or membership — and shows how full the room is against what the licence allows.

A Nocturne reporting screen showing takings, admissions and a chart of takings by night.
02

How the nights have sold and what they made, across every room in the group.

A Nocturne table booking screen showing a floor plan of the venue and spend against each table.
03

The room laid out as it really is — what each table committed to spend, and what it actually spent.

What the public sees: what is on, and a checkout that takes three steps.
